So this was one of the first drawings I did from a photograph of myself. The picture is from a trip to Victoria with my family. I created the background with crayons on pulp and then the drawing was done with pencil crayon on cartridge paper.
I've been meaning to comment on your art. It is interesting to see you posting work you did in high school... what about now? Do you do any now? If not, why did you stop?
Or do you find that you never stopped being creative but channeled it into other mediums?
Hey Amber, I hope you are enjoying your practicum. I was just wondering if you still wanted to an art night because I am totally interested. But whenever you can fit it in! Take care and I will see you soon.
This was completed by a five year old boy with a learning disability. He used food colouring frozen into an ice cube tray with a popsicle stick in it. As he drew, the cubes melted to become a paint.
Dora the Explorer
So sometimes I make character cakes for children's birthday parties. I use a cake pan that gives the basic shape but then have to fill it in with individual icing stars.
